Con il segretario generale Fabi Lando Maria Sileoni, sale sul palco il Presidente del Casl Abi, l\u2019associazione bancaria italiana &#8211; Salvatore Poloni.<\/p>\n<p>Responsabile, riservato, autorevole, disponibile al dialogo. Cos\u00ec Sileoni da subito definisce il presidente del Casl Abi. Poi il numero uno Fabi mette in fila i punti fondamentali da seguire in questo percorso verso il nuovo contratto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abServe un contratto nazionale che dia garanzie, che gestisca i cambiamenti in atto, un contratto che sia un elemento di stabilit\u00e0 tra i gruppi bancari, uno strumento garante di una sana competizione, senza sbilanciamenti tra i vari gruppi.<br \/>\nIl contratto dovr\u00e0 dare equilibrio ad un settore in continuo cambiamento\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo Poloni, il contratto \u00e8 uno strumento aggiornato, valido, reale, utile sia per le aziende che per le organizzazioni sindacali.
